Industrial-grade solution for large driveshaft assemblies
Hydraulic press P2515K is designed for driveshaft disassembly, it is also designed for quick and effective disassembly of the hinges and replacement of the trunnions in the joints of cardan shaft. Large set of tools and devices allows to disassemble almost all the existing types of cardan shaft joints. Hinge disassembly time, even on the cardan shafts of freight transport is no longer than 3-5 minutes. Puncheon is installed and fixed in the housing on the faceplate of the vertical head of the press, corresponding to the yoke bearing diameter.
Using the upper clamp, gently push the shaft yoke rings until the bearing cage starts to come out from below and enters the opening formed by the inner clamps and the lower pusher.
Continue to exert pressure until the cross is close to the flange yoke. Clamp the bearing cage using proper force. With the help of the lower pusher, push out the yoke, removing the bearing cage from it. The press is designed for work in repair shops, does not require special knowledge for operation and maintenance.
Specialized Disassembly Design
- Heavy commercial vehicle focus – Design optimization for freight transport and heavy commercial vehicle applications requiring maximum force and specialized tooling. The focus ensures optimal performance for demanding commercial repair operations.
- Rapid disassembly capability – Complete u-joint disassembly in 3-5 minutes including freight transport applications through optimized tooling and process design. The rapid capability maximizes workshop productivity while reducing labor requirements.
- Three-cylinder configuration – Upper press, lower pusher, and cross clamp cylinders work in coordination for controlled disassembly process. The multi-cylinder design enables precise component handling while preventing damage to reusable parts.
- Hydraulic driveshaft holder positioning – Automated positioning system eliminates manual handling of heavy driveshaft assemblies during disassembly operations. The hydraulic positioning reduces operator effort while improving safety and precision.
Comprehensive Tooling System
- Complete upper fork set – Seven sizes (27, 42, 48, 52-53, 57, 65-72mm) accommodate standard automotive and commercial vehicle applications. The comprehensive range ensures compatibility across vehicle types without additional tooling requirements.
- Extended lower fork range – Nine sizes (27-30, 35-38, 42, 44-45, 47-50, 52-53, 57-59, 65-68, 72mm) provide precise fit for diverse u-joint configurations. The extended range accommodates specialized and non-standard joint designs.
- Precision vise jaw system – Fifteen sizes (38-72mm range) ensure secure component retention during disassembly operations. The comprehensive vise system provides optimal holding while preventing component damage during force application.
- Complete tooling coverage – Comprehensive tooling sets handle virtually all existing u-joint varieties eliminating need for additional equipment purchases. The complete coverage maximizes workshop capability while minimizing investment requirements.
Maximum-Force Hydraulic System
- Extreme force capability – 30,000kg upper cylinder force and 12,000kg lower cylinder force handle the most challenging commercial vehicle u-joint disassembly operations. The extreme capacity enables removal of seized joints from heavy trucks and industrial equipment.
- Variable cross clamp force – Adjustable 1,000-20,000kg cross clamp cylinder provides precise holding force for different joint sizes and conditions. The variable control prevents component damage while ensuring secure retention during disassembly.
- High-pressure hydraulic system – 150 MPa operating pressure with 40-liter reservoir provides consistent performance during demanding operations. The high-pressure design ensures reliable force delivery for the most challenging disassembly applications.
- Multiple control systems – Button and hydraulic distributor lever controls provide operator flexibility and immediate response during disassembly operations. The dual control approach enables precise operation while maintaining safety throughout the process.
