Suitable for rotors with high demands on manufacturing quality
The machine 9K716 has high accuracy (0,4 gmm \ kg). Accuracy is achieved due to the special design of the spindle and the rig of the machine, as well as a reliable balancing system, PAK-1, which has a high degree of noise immunity. Ease of control allows you to quickly learn how to work on the machine and get to work as soon as possible. When designing the machine, high demands were placed on the functionality and versatility of each node, this made it possible to install absolutely any driveshaft on the machine with a minimum of time.

Self-Aligning Support Systems
- Self-aligning roller cassette design – Roller cassettes automatically adjust to rotor positioning in two axes, reducing setup time and eliminating rotor surface damage from misalignment. The self-aligning feature minimizes operator skill requirements while ensuring optimal rotor-to-roller contact geometry for medium-weight applications.
- Wide cylindrical roller configuration – Roller width designed to support medium rotors for extended periods without surface “knurling” effects on rotor bearing journals. The wide contact surface with radius chamfers distributes loads evenly to preserve rotor surface integrity across the weight range.
- Hardened roller surface treatment – Rollers manufactured with 52-56 HRC surface hardness ensuring extended service life while maintaining optimal contact characteristics for medium rotors. The hardness specification balances durability with rotor surface protection requirements across the capacity range.
- Height-adjustable roller cassettes – Variable height mechanism accommodates rotor bearing journals from 10-240mm diameter while maintaining precise alignment and support characteristics. The adjustment range enables flexibility across diverse medium rotor geometries including gas turbines and industrial equipment.
Precision Measurement Integration
- High balancing accuracy up to 0.4 g·mm/kg across the entire range of rotor masses. This makes balancing machine 9K716 indispensable for balancing heavy parts that require low vibration levels.
- High-movement pendulum suspension – Suspension design provides exceptional sensitivity for micro-vibration detection with operator “feel-based” assessment capability after balancing. The high-movement characteristic enables tactile verification of balance quality complementing electronic measurement systems.
- Enhanced vibration isolation – Soft-bearing design provides superior isolation from external vibrations while maintaining sensitivity to rotor-generated unbalances. This isolation ensures accurate measurements in demanding industrial environments with external disturbances.
Mechanical Structure & Base Design
- Medium-capacity soft-bearing pendulum suspension system – Pendulum-mounted support structure provides exceptional measurement sensitivity with visual resonance detection capability for rotors up to 300kg. This soft-bearing design enables unmistakable identification of resonance frequency range and tactile residual vibration assessment optimized for medium-weight applications.
- Compact floor-mounted installation design – 2400mm base structure eliminates basement requirements and enables direct workshop floor installation with optional anchoring system. This foundation-independent approach reduces installation costs while providing flexibility for anchored or non-anchored configurations in diverse manufacturing environments.
- Modular design architecture for medium applications – MODULAR DESIGN® system enables interchange of tooling and machine characteristics including diameter adjustments and cassette modifications. The modular approach maximizes machine adaptability across diverse medium-weight rotor applications without equipment replacement.
Specialized Application Features
- Own-bearing balancing capability – Self-aligning roller design simplifies balancing rotors in original bearings by ignoring interference from misaligned bearings. This capability accommodates agricultural machinery rotors, threshers, and chopper shafts without bearing replacement requirements.
- Installation jack system – Integrated jacks with soft material overlays enable hammerless rotor installation to accelerate balancing processes while preventing surface damage. The jack system facilitates handling of fluid couplings, impellers, and similar components requiring frequent removal and installation.
- Cantilever rotor balancing capability – Specialized bracket system enables balancing of rotors with center of gravity outside bearing pedestals. This capability accommodates specialized rotor configurations with unusual weight distribution characteristics common in agricultural and industrial machinery.
Efficient Medium-Capacity Drive System
- Optimized frequency-controlled drive – 4.0kW electric motor with power reserve reduces acceleration and deceleration times while ensuring adequate torque for medium rotor configurations up to 300kg. Frequency inverter provides smooth speed regulation across 300-2800 rpm range with motor protection and stepless control capability.
- Patented “LONG STROKE”® belt drive system – Advanced belt drive design with wide tension adjustment range utilizes only two belt sizes to accommodate all medium rotor requirements. The patented system enables rapid belt changes and precise tension adjustment critical for soft-bearing measurement accuracy.
- Adjustable tension pulley mechanism – Variable tension system allows precise belt force adjustment to optimize soft-bearing measurement characteristics while preventing over-tensioning effects. The adjustment capability ensures optimal drive characteristics across diverse rotor weights and configurations up to 300kg.
