Industrial universal balancing power
The machine has high accuracy (0,4 gmm \ kg). Accuracy is achieved due to the special design of the spindle and the rig of the machine, as well as a reliable balancing system, PAK-1, which has a high degree of noise immunity. Ease of control allows you to quickly learn how to work on the machine and get to work as soon as possible. When designing the machine, high demands were placed on the functionality and versatility of each node, this made it possible to install absolutely any driveshaft on the machine with a minimum of time.

Advanced Heavy Industrial Support Systems
- Maximum-capacity soft-bearing pendulum suspension system – Heavy industrial pendulum-mounted support structure provides exceptional measurement sensitivity with visual resonance detection for the largest rotors up to 10,000kg. This ultimate soft-bearing design enables unmistakable identification of resonance frequency range and tactile residual vibration assessment for the most demanding heavy industrial applications.
- Ultra-low resonant frequency design – Pendulum suspension system with ultra-low natural resonant frequency enables safe balancing at 120-250 rpm regardless of actual rotor operating speeds. This design characteristic provides exceptional safety margins for heavy industrial rotors while maintaining measurement precision.
- Dual-capacity self-aligning roller cassette system – Two sets of self-aligning roller cassettes accommodate rotors up to 3,000kg and up to 10,000kg respectively. The dual-capacity approach provides optimal support characteristics across the entire weight spectrum while eliminating alignment requirements and preventing rotor surface damage.
- Anti-knurling roller design – Wide cylindrical roller surfaces with radius chamfers specifically engineered to prevent “knurling” effects on heavy rotor bearing journals. This design feature preserves critical surface integrity on high-value industrial rotors including gas turbines, ship shafts, and aircraft engines.
- Extended bearing journal accommodation – Support system accommodates rotor bearing journals from 30-420mm diameter with height-adjustable roller cassettes. The extended range enables handling of diverse heavy industrial rotor geometries from large generators to metallurgical equipment.
Heavy Industrial Mechanical Structure Design
- Dual-jack heavy rotor handling system – Two integrated jacks provide shock-free installation and removal of rotors up to 10,000kg while supporting components during assembly and maintenance operations. The jack system eliminates installation damage risks while facilitating safe handling of high-value heavy industrial rotors.
- Patented “MOVING ROLLER”® axial stops – Enhanced axial positioning system prevents displacement of heavy rotors while minimizing balancing errors through specialized contact design. The patented stops provide essential safety for massive rotor assemblies without compromising measurement accuracy.
- Extended center distance capability – Support design accommodates heavy rotors with center distances from 400-5600mm enabling the largest industrial rotor configurations. The extended range handles substantial industrial assemblies including ship propulsion systems and large power generation equipment.
Maximum-Capacity Drive System Configuration
- Dual-drive system architecture – Comprehensive drive configuration incorporating both axial cardan shaft drive and belt drive systems on single platform. The dual-system approach provides maximum versatility for heavy industrial facilities handling diverse rotor types from heavy turbines to metallurgical equipment.
- High-power frequency-controlled drive – 30kW electric motor with substantial power reserve (typically double competitor specifications) reduces acceleration and deceleration times by 50% while ensuring adequate torque for rotors up to 10,000kg. Frequency inverter provides smooth speed regulation across 200-1300 rpm range with comprehensive motor protection.
- Axial cardan shaft drive for heavy rotors – Primary drive system utilizes robust cardan shaft transmission for maximum torque delivery to heavy industrial rotors. The axial drive provides direct connection capability for the most challenging heavy rotor configurations including ship propellers and large turbine assemblies.
The PAK-1 unbalance measuring unit represents the latest generation of measuring complexes for dynamic balancing, combining high precision, stability, and ease of use. It’s designed to tackle a wide range of rotor balancing tasks, from simple to the most complex, requiring precise measurements.

Based on an industrial fanless computer with a touchscreen and a multi-channel measuring unit, the system ensures reliability and a long service life, even under intensive use. The PAK-1 utilizes a universal measuring path and modern component base, allowing for equally high accuracy when working with all types of rotors.
Its intuitive interface, self-calibration capability, and automation of key operations make the complex a convenient tool for both experienced specialists and beginners.
